The Groups Travel Program applies to new bookings with a minimum of 8 full-fare guests (minimum 4 double-occupancy staterooms) on select voyages. Group rates are valid for 90 days from contract date or 180 days before sailing, whichever comes first. Rates and amenity points are capacity-controlled and may be withdrawn at Swan Hellenic's discretion. Benefits apply per voyage and are not combinable with other offers unless stated. Amenity points must be redeemed at least 60 days before sailing; unused points/amenities hold no cash value. Minimum counts apply: 10 full-fare guests for private events. Tour Conductor credit applies at 1 berth (person) for 15 berths based on full-fare guests and double occupancy (the credit applies to base fare only). Additional commissions and onboard credit must be chosen at contract signing and cannot be changed after final payment. All group guests receive the same amenities. Group size reductions may alter or void benefits. Standard cancellation penalties apply. For full details, see your Group Agreement or contact your Swan Hellenic Sales Representative.
